Chuck Logsdon and Katie Eberhart, Economists

Chuck Logsdon, PhD, has over 30 years experience analyzing Alaskan resource use, particularly oil and gas. As the State's Chief Petroleum Economist, he was responsible for forecasting Alaska oil prices. He is very familiar with the Alaska fiscal system and has evaluated investments in exploration, acquisition and development of oil and gas projects.

Katie Eberhart, M.A., has over 25 years experience as an economist, research analyst, and data consultant and is very familiar with Alaska data sources.
