Hatcher Pass, Talkeetna Mountains, Alaska*

A hike up a ridge provides a view of the upper part of the road over Hatcher Pass. Summit Lake is just across the pass. It was nearly the Solstice and the snow fields were still sufficient for the most dedicated skiiers and snow boarders. We saw their tracks!
