Hi,
Love your site! I lived in Palmer as a young child during the
years of 1953 through 1958. My dad, Glen Persinger, owned the
bakery in town in those years, and he and my mom, Marian, were
active in the Masons and the Eastern Star. We were members of
the little United Protestant Church. I have fond memories of Palmer
and my years there. I still think of Palmer as my home town. .....
I would be pleased to hear from anyone who remembers our family.

us again on the net! - Sara (June 16, 2002,

the Knik river. We love Palmer! We own a B&B here in Fairbanks...come

I
love Alaska. My Grandparents lived there years ago and brought
me to Alaska many times, allowing me to share in the experience
of the beauty. They have both passed away but in my heart I have
the love and admiration for Alaska that they had - they were TRUE
Alaskan's. They both retired from the bases in Anchorage. Thanks
for sharing the beautiful scenery. - Bobbie
