SB 44: "An Act making a special appropriation for a grant to the Alaska Railbelt Energy Authority Joint Action Agency to construct a wind farm on Fire Island and transmission lines to connect the wind farm to existing electrical infrastructure in Anchorage; and providing for an effective date."
