I developed this recipe scaling program for fruitfromwashington.com about ten years ago and am providing it now on my web site solsticelight.com I hope it helps you with your recipe recalculating and adjusting.
After calculating, if you want to
keep the result, be sure to print the page or use your browser to save
your converted recipe. Remember, when you leave these pages the information
you enter is gone-so save or print a copy.
Also, as usual no guarantees as to results but I've received loads of email over the years in the vein of "this program saved me..." usually around Thanksgiving time.
